How can residents and the municipality work together to ensure that residents can participate in discussions and contribute ideas about decisions made by the municipality? And how do residents want to participate in discussions and contribute ideas?

Working on our beautiful municipality is something we do together. Because the residents of West Maas en Waal know what it's like to live in the municipality. They have experience, knowledge, and undoubtedly ideas too. That's why the municipality of West Maas en Waal wants to engage in dialogue with residents.
This will take place from Monday, April 15, through Tuesday, April 23. A camper will tour all the villages to talk to residents. Employees of the Opiniepijlers research agency will conduct the interviews together with municipal employees, an alderman, or the mayor.
The questionnaire can also be completed online.
Residents also have the option of completing the questionnaire online at . Even residents who missed the camper are encouraged to complete the questionnaire online. This can be done between April 15 and 30.
The results will be announced at the end of June.
The results of the discussions are important to the municipality. The outcome will be published on our website at the end of June on the resident participation page. When the time comes, we will of course announce this via the various communication channels.
