First-time Homebuyer Loan

The municipality of West Maas en Waal aims to help first-time buyers in the housing market. The starter loan is intended for buyers who have not previously owned a home and who cannot fully finance their first home with a mortgage. The starter loan is a second loan. We want to point out that this involves financial risks. Therefore, when completing the official application, a questionnaire (financial literacy test) must be filled out. This assesses whether you sufficiently understand the risks associated with the starter loan.
