Starter loan
The municipality of West Maas en Waal would like to help first-time buyers on the housing market. The starter loan is intended for buyers who have not previously owned their own home and who are unable to finance their first home in full with a mortgage. The starter loan is a second loan. We would like to point out that this involves financial risks. When completing the official application, you must therefore fill in a questionnaire (financial literacy test). This is used to assess whether you sufficiently understand the risks associated with the starter loan.
