The Social Map West Maas en Waal is available for all residents, organizations, associations, and professionals. With this digital map, you can quickly find the appropriate organization, association, or foundation within the social domain. The social domain encompasses everything related to people and their well-being, such as care and support, work and income, or participation in society.
The Social Map a clear overview of organizations in the municipality. You can also search by topic. From first aid clubs to informal care support centers. From card clubs to digital literacy centers. And from carnival clubs to childcare centers.
How does the Social Map work?
On the main page of the Social Map at , you can search in various ways.
- By default, you search across the entire municipality of West Maas en Waal. Using the 'change' button, you can also search by village or postcode, for instance.
- You can search by typing a search term into the search bar, such as “sports” or “elementary school.”
- Or you can click on a category, such as "Education and Training" or "Transportation"
On the results page, you can then further filter your results
- You can further refine the location of your results or filter by age group.
- You can click on the map view to see at a glance what’s available in your village or throughout the municipality.
- You can sort your results by relevance or distance.
Are you or your organization listed on the Social Map?
Every year, you will receive an email from Sociale Map asking you to verify your information. You can also update your information at any time to ensure that the information on Sociale Map is Map up to date. To do so, go to your organization’s page and click on “Report a change.”

You can register using the Sociale Map registration form at . The editors of Sociale Map will review your information before your organization is listed on the website.
