Digi-Taalhuis West Maas en Waal

The Digi-Taalhuis is designed for anyone who wants to improve their Dutch reading, writing, and/or speaking skills. It’s also for anyone who wants to become more digitally literate. Anyone with a language-related question is welcome to stop by. You can get information or advice on practicing with a language volunteer, on language courses, or on computer programs you can use on your own.

Digi-Taalhuis West Maas en Waal in the Beneden-Leeuwen Library, which is part of the De Rosmolen Multifunctional Facility (MFA). The address is: Leliestraat 19, 6658 XN Beneden-Leeuwen

When the library is open, you can practice using digital programs on the computers at the Digi-Taalhuis.

On Mondays from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and on Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Language Center instructor Marianne Herckenrath is available to answer questions and offer advice.

Mobile Digi-Taalhuis in your neighborhood

There is also a mobile version of the Digi-Taalhuis. The Mobile Digi-Taalhuis is a bus equipped with teaching materials, reading books with simple vocabulary, promotional materials, and laptops, designed to provide courses and information on-site. This allows the program to reach more communities within the municipality. The bus stops at the Dreumel Library at regular intervals, is deployed at events in the municipality West Maas en Waal can be booked by organizations and institutions.
