Social and Economic Platform (SEP)

Five organizations are involved in the Socio-Economic Platform: the Dreumel Business Association, the Verrassend Leeuwen Business Association, the De Gouden Ham Business Association, the Rivierenland Employers’ Advisory Center (WAPR), and the municipality West Maas en Waal.

A Local Social Agreement for 2018–2021has been drawn up. The goal of this Local Social Agreement is to reduce the number of people receiving benefits, improve the business climate, and increase employment.
