What is it?
A flea market is a market where used or homemade items are offered for sale.
How does it work?
If you want to organize a flea market, you must apply for an event permit.
What should I do?
You apply for the permit from the municipality. Include the following information with your application:
- where you want to hold the flea market
- date of the flea market
- What time does the flea market start and end?
- the type of flea market and its size (such as the number of stalls)
- whether traffic measures are necessary
If you wish to play music and/or sell alcoholic beverages at the market, you must apply for a separate permit or exemption.
How long will it take?
You will receive notification within 8 weeks as to whether you will be granted the permit.
Lodge an objection
If you disagree with the municipality's decision, you can lodge an objection within six weeks.
