View construction plans and blueprints
What is it?
Building plans and blueprints from our municipality are stored in several locations.
- The original building files from before 1984 are kept in the Regional Archive in Nijmegen. The municipality of West Maas en Waal has scans of these files. We can email these to residents and third parties.
- Building files from 1984 through approximately April 2013 can be found in the archives at City Hall.
Would you like to view construction drawings from before April 2013? Please email your request to info@westmaasenwaal.nl.
- As of April 2013, the Permits and Enforcement Department has been integrated into the Rivierenland Environmental Agency. They handle all matters related to construction, renovation, and permitting for our municipality.
If you would like to view building plans or blueprints dated after April 2013, please contact them by phone at 0344 579 314 or send an email to ingekomenpost@odrivierenland.nl.
How does it work?
Anyone applying for an environmental permit for construction must submit a construction plan. This plan outlines the details of the construction or renovation project. The municipality also requires a drawing of the construction or renovation project, as well as a site plan. You can view all of this information at the municipality or the Rivierenland Environmental Agency.
New construction plans are published in a local newspaper and on the municipal website. You can view them once they have been published.
