Design TAM Environmental Plan
On December 9, 2025, the Municipal Executive of West Maas en Waal decided to approve the draft TAM Environmental Plan "Chapter 22e Bonderveld Beneden-Leeuwen" and the Visual Quality Plan 't Bonderveld and to initiate the procedure by making the plan available for public inspection.
Purpose and location
The plan revises the planning regime for the plots known in the land registry as municipality of Wamel, section F, nos. 2,594 (partly), 3,346, 3,349, and 3,345 (partly), and covers an area of approximately 18,500 m². Agricultural activity is currently permitted on the land on the southwest side of Beneden-Leeuwen. The plan provides for the construction of 63 ground-level homes at this location.
