Draft TAMEnvironmental plan
On December 9, 2025, the executive board the Municipality of West Maas en Waal to approveEnvironmental plan draftEnvironmental plan Chapter 22e Bonderveld Beneden-LeeuwenEnvironmental plan and the Visual Quality Plan for ‘t Bonderveld, and to initiate the procedure by making the plan available for public review.
Purpose and Location
The plan revises the zoning regulations for the parcels known in the cadastral register as Municipality of Wamel, Section F, nos. 2,594 (partially), 3,346, 3,349, and 3,345 (partially) and covers an area of approximately 18,500 m². Agricultural activity Beneden-Leeuwen currently permitted on the lands on the southwest side of Beneden-Leeuwen . The plan provides for the construction of 63 single-family homes at this location.
