Draft TAM Environmental Plan
The Executive Board of the municipality of West Maas en Waal decided on December 9, 2025, to approve the draft TAM Environmental Plan "Chapter 22e Bonderveld Beneden-Leeuwen" and the Visual Quality Plan 't Bonderveld, and to initiate the procedure by making the plan available for inspection.
Purpose and Location
The plan revises the zoning regulations for the parcels known in the cadastral register as Municipality of Wamel, Section F, nos. 2,594 (partially), 3,346, 3,349, and 3,345 (partially) and covers an area of approximately 18,500 m². Agricultural activity Beneden-Leeuwen currently permitted on the lands on the southwest side of Beneden-Leeuwen . The plan provides for the construction of 63 single-family homes at this location.
