Sports and Prevention

The Local Sports and Prevention Agreement

A healthier, more active, more vibrant, and happier West Maas en Waal. That is the goal of the local Sports and Prevention Agreement.
The agreement brings together existing and new initiatives and fosters a local movement that promotes a healthy lifestyle for everyone. We are investing in sports, culture, and thus in health, with an emphasis on prevention. Because when everyone can participate, we remain stronger as a community, stay healthy longer, and feel more connected.

For residents, clubs, schools, childcare centers, and organizations, there is the "Sports and Health" guide (232 KB). It provides a handy and clear overview of ideas for support.
