Platform for Recreation and Tourism (PRET)
Do you have a promising initiative that will give an economic boost to the chosen theme and add value? If so, you may be eligible for a financial contribution from the municipality.
The Recreation and Tourism Platform (PRET)
Together with entrepreneurs from the recreational sector, we have set up an incentive fund: the PRET fund. This fund is a means of giving a helping hand to great initiatives. Initiatives in the field of recreation and tourism that can lead to an economic boost. The incentive contribution is a maximum of 50% of the costs incurred, up to a maximum of €2,500, insofar as the available budget of the Recreation and Tourism Incentive Fund is sufficient.
The Municipal Executive decides whether an incentive grant will be awarded. They first seek advice from the Recreation and Tourism Platform. The Platform meets at least four times a year. In addition to its advisory role, the Platform also discusses current recreational topics, projects, and events.
The Platform consists of:
- Business Association 'De Gouden Ham'
- Business association 'Surprising Leeuwen'
- Entrepreneurs' association 'DOV'
- the Meander of the Meuse
- Out®value
- Regional Tourist Office (RTO) Rivierenland
- Hospitality Industry Netherlands
- Southern Agricultural and Horticultural Organization (ZLTO)
- the Association of Recreation Entrepreneurs Netherlands (Recron)
