Municipal Electoral Commission meeting
On Thursday, October 30, 2025, the municipality will establish a Municipal Polling Station (GSB). This is for the House of Representatives election on October 29, 2025. The session will take place in the town hall, Dijkstraat 11 in Beneden-Leeuwen, starting at 10:00 a.m.
The mayor of West Maas en Waal announces the following.
On Thursday, October 30, 2025, the municipality of West Maas en Waal will establish a Municipal Polling Station (GSB). This is for the election of members of the House of Representatives on October 29, 2025.
The hearing will take place at the town hall, Dijkstraat 11 in Beneden-Leeuwen, starting at 10:00 a.m.
If the GSB is unable to complete its work on Thursday, October 30, it will adjourn the hearing. In that case, the GSB will resume the hearing on Friday, October 31, 2025, at the same address. The hearing will then start again at 10:00 a.m.
The GSB checks the official reports. These are drawn up after counting the votes from the elections on October 29, 2025.
In the event of calculation errors or unexplained discrepancies, a recount of the list or the polling station will take place. This is done by the members and supporters of the GSB. Any errors are corrected. The votes are then entered into OSV.
After all checks have been carried out, the chair of the GSB announces the results of the counts.
They also draw up a report with the results of each election.
