How does it work?
You can only apply for the permit if you are the owner of the property.
What should I do?
The municipality will decide on your application within eight weeks of receipt. This period may be extended once by six weeks.
Objections and appeals
You can object to the decision on your application. Do this within 6 weeks. If you disagree with the decision on the objection, you can appeal to the court.
