How does it work?

You can only apply for the " " permit if you are the owner of the property.

What should I do?

The municipality will make a decision on your application within 8 weeks of receiving it. This period may be extended once by 6 weeks.

Objections and Appeals

You may file an objection to the decision regarding your application. You must do so within 6 weeks. If you disagree with the decision on your objection, you may file an appeal with the court.
