Report changes if you are already registered in the LRKP

For all registrations in the National Child Care Registry, you must immediately report any changes to your information to the municipality. You can do this by sending the fully completed and signed forms to the municipality West Maas en Waal, postbus . postbus , 6658 ZG inBeneden-Leeuwen by emailing them to info@westmaasenwaal.nl. 

Change request forms:

• Daycare or after-school care
• Childcare Agency
• Childcare provided by a child care provider
