Report changes if you are already registered in the LRKP
For all registrations in the National Childcare Register, you must report changes in the data directly to the municipality. You do this by sending the fully completed and signed forms to the Municipality of West Maas en Waal, Postbus 1, 6658 ZG in Beneden-Leeuwen or by emailing them to info@westmaasenwaal.nl.
