Report changes if you are already registered in the LRKP

For all registrations in the National Childcare Register, you must report any changes to the information immediately to the municipality. You can do this by sending the completed and signed forms to the municipality of West Maas en Waal, PO Box 1, 6658 ZG in Beneden-Leeuwen, or by emailing them to info@westmaasenwaal.nl. 

Change forms:

• Daycare center or after-school care
• Childminding agency
• Childminder care
