Roads are closed or traffic is disrupted in various locations throughout our municipality. This is due to roadworks being carried out by the municipality, utility companies or contractors. Below are the most important ones.
Beneden-Leeuwen
Road Closure on Zandstraat, August 17–28
Where
- On Beneden-Leeuwen , from the intersection with Zijveld up to and including house number 142 (toward Wamel). Through traffic is not permitted. Cyclists and pedestrians may use the sidewalk.
When
- Monday, August 17 through Friday, August 28
Why
- Replacing the asphalt and repaving the recommended bike lanes

Dreumel
Road Closure on Rooijsestraat Dreumel, August 17 through September 18
Where
- from the intersection with Hoofhooistraat to the intersection with Kanteel

Why
- Redesign of Rooijsestraat and installation and replacement of sewer lines
More information
- We are redesigning Rooijsestraat and installing new sewer lines.
Until the end of this year, we will be closing off a different section of the street each time. - The orange-colored section of the street is closed off.
Wamel
Closure of the section of Grachtstraat near the " Wamel," August 10 through September 1
Where
- at the Hollenhof. As a result, Grachtstraat is closed to through traffic.

Power Grid Expansion Work, July 1 through mid-October

- Various streets in Wamel. This is causing traffic disruptions. Some streets are closed, and others have temporary one-way traffic. The traffic signs indicate the current situation.
