For parents and children with childcare allowance issues
Are you a parent or child affected by the childcare allowance issues? If so, you can get help from your municipality. This is called comprehensive support. This assistance is specifically for you and your family. Below, we explain exactly what comprehensive support means and how we can work together to ensure that the assistance is tailored to your situation.
What is broad support?
Broad support helps you, as an affected parent or child, to make a fresh start. This can be in various areas, such as:
- Healthcare and health
- Family and upbringing
- Work and income
- Finance and housing
We will discuss exactly what you need during a personal consultation. Together, we will identify where you need help and ensure that you receive tailored support.
Examples of broad support:
- Help with financial matters
Are you having trouble with your finances or don't know where to start? We can help you get everything sorted out and gain an overview. - Someone who thinks along with you
Are you worried about something? Would you like help improving your home situation, finding work, or arranging care? We think along with you and show you the way to the right help. This can be for you, your child, or the whole family. - Help in and around the house
Perhaps you were unable to have maintenance work done in your home due to the problems. You can also discuss this with the municipality.
What is not covered by broad support?
The municipality only offers assistance that is necessary to make a fresh start. It is not intended to reimburse entire household contents, for example. In special situations, additional assistance may be provided, but this is not a standard entitlement.
