Set up traffic controllers for events

How does it work?

To become a traffic controller, the following conditions apply, among others:

• You are at least 16 years old.
• You have received instructions for traffic controller
• You have passed the exam on the website www.verkeersregelaarsexamen.nl.
• You have received an appointment letter from the municipality.

Is the event traffic controller younger than 18 years of age? Then he or she may only work on roads where:

• not driven faster than 50 km per hour
• There is sufficient street lighting when it is dark or visibility is poor.
