What is it?
If you have a permit, the municipality may revoke it in whole or in part. Revocation of a permit is rare. Reasons for revoking a permit include:
- You are not complying with the regulations.
- You provided insufficient or incorrect information when applying for the permit.
- You will not pass the Bibob investigation.

You can object to the decision on your application. Do this within 6 weeks. If you disagree with the decision on the objection, you can appeal to the court.
