Revoke a permit
What is it?
If you have a permit, the municipality may revoke it in whole or in part. Permit revocations are rare. Reasons for revoking a permit include, for example:
- You are not following the rules.
- You provided insufficient or incorrect information when you applied for the permit.
- You won't pass the Bibob screening.

Objections and Appeals
You may file an objection to the decision regarding your application. You must do so within 6 weeks. If you disagree with the decision on your objection, you may file an appeal with the court.
