In that case, the application must be signed by the directors who are authorized to do so under your articles of incorporation.

Does your club or organization have youth members and/or members with intellectual disabilities?

Every volunteer who works with children or people with intellectual disabilities must have a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). This certificate demonstrates that the volunteer has not committed any acts in the past that would prevent them from volunteering with your association or organization. At Gratisvog.nl, you can find all the information you need about applying for a free VOG for your volunteers.

How do we evaluate your application?

We will review your application in accordance with our grant policy:

You must apply for most grants by September 1. You will then be notified by December 31 whether your grant has been approved.

Some grants have different application deadlines. The first page of the application form will indicate which deadline applies to your application. We process one-time grant applications within 8 weeks.
