Subsidies in West Maas en Waal
Is this your first time applying for a grant? If so, you must include the following documents:
- A copy of the articles of incorporation
- A copy of the articles of incorporation
- The most recent annual report, including the financial statements and balance sheet
What can I apply for a grant for?
The municipality of West Maas en Waal provides subsidies for a number of activities in the areas of: liveability, youth, seniors, poverty reduction, safety, sports, and arts and culture. We only provide subsidies for activities that take place within our municipality.
Companies, healthcare institutions, and organizations that offer specific products are generally not eligible for subsidies.
How can I apply for a grant?
You can find the grant application forms on the website. Each form specifies the deadline for submission and the required supporting documents. Please download and sign the completed form. Then scan the form and email it, along with any attachments, to the municipality.
Are you applying for a grant on behalf of an organization?
In that case, the application must be signed by the directors who are authorized to do so under your articles of incorporation.
Does your club or organization have youth members and/or members with intellectual disabilities?
Every volunteer who works with children or people with intellectual disabilities must have a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). This certificate demonstrates that the volunteer has not committed any acts in the past that would prevent them from volunteering with your association or organization. You must apply for most grants by September 1. You will then be notified by December 31 whether your grant has been approved.
Some grants have different application deadlines. The first page of the application form will indicate which deadline applies to your application. We process one-time grant applications within 8 weeks.
