Cooperation Agreement and Pledge: “Together We Build the Library”

This is an old post.

The aldermen of nine municipalities and the Rivierenland Library have signed a new cooperation agreement and the “Together We Build the Library” covenant.

The library is important for the residents of West Maas en Waal

The Library is committed to ensuring that everyone can participate. That is why it is important that we have signed agreements. Our municipality has two permanent locations: one at MFA De Rosmolen in Beneden-Leeuwen one at MFA D’n Hoender in Dreumel.
Residents can borrow various materials (both physical and digital) from the Library. The Library organizes many activities. These include courses for residents who want to improve their digital skills. For anyone who wants to improve their language skills, there is the Digi-Taalhuis. The Library has set up school libraries at a number of schools and supports children with (or at risk of) language delays. You can find more information at www.bibliotheekrivierenland.nl.

Partnership 2023–2026

We arrange the cooperation for the years 2023 through 2026 between the Library and the following municipalities: Buren, Culemborg, Druten, Maasdriel, Neder-Betuwe, Tiel, West Betuwe, West Maas en Waal and Zaltbommel.
