Distribute promotional materials
What is it?
In many cases, you can distribute promotional materials—such as flyers, brochures, or samples—without the municipality’s permission. However, the municipality may Requirements on how you are allowed to do so. You should therefore notify the municipality of your plans in advance.
How does it work?
The municipality will make arrangements with you regarding the cleanup of litter after you have distributed your promotional materials. The municipality will also monitor any potential impact on public order (the text must not be inflammatory).
What should I do?
Notify the municipality in advance that you intend to distribute promotional materials. Please include the following information:
- the reason, date, time, and place of distribution
- the type of promotional material
