Council meetings and meeting documents
The municipal council usually meets once every four to five weeks at 8 p.m. in the council chamber of the town hall. The municipal council makes decisions based on council proposals made by the mayor and aldermen, the presidium, a political party, or a council member.
You can find all agendas, meeting documents, and further information about the meetings on our council information system. You can also watch the meetings live or review them here.
- Prior to each council meeting, we publish the agenda and meeting documents online.
- Council members have the opportunity to ask questions based on the documents. The questions and answers (if answered) can be found in the council information system under the section council questions.
- All meeting documents from 2011 onwards can be found in the council information system.
