Winners of the All-in Employer Award in the spotlight
Eight entrepreneurs from Rivierenland have won the All-in Employer Award 2025. The entrepreneurs received the award because they offer employees with occupational disabilities opportunities within their organizations. These employers think creatively and create support within their organizations. These employers deserve the title of "All-in Employer."

The entrepreneurs give employees the time they need to develop and provide them with extra attention and guidance. In this way, these employers offer sustainable work and enable everyone to contribute to the organization to the best of their ability and thus participate fully in society.
These employers deserve the title of 'All-in Employer'. The winners set an example for other employers in Rivierenland. The jury assessed the nominated employers on the basis of motivation and ambassadorship and selected one winner per municipality. The All-in Employer Award was presented by the alderman from the municipality where the entrepreneur is based.

About the All-in Employer Award
For the seventh time since 2018, the Rivierenland Labor Market Region, in collaboration with VNO-NCW Midden and WSP Rivierenland, is organizing the All-in Employer Award. This employer award recognizes employers in Rivierenland for their commitment to an inclusive labor market. Anyone can nominate employers for the All-in Employer Award. A jury selects a winner for each municipality based on fixed criteria.
Organization
Employers' Service Point Rivierenland, on behalf of VNO-NCW Rivierenland (100,000 jobs agreement) and the Rivierenland Labor Market Region, organized a festive event to congratulate and thank the winning inclusive employers in its working area (municipalities of Culemborg, Buren, Neder-Betuwe, Maasdriel, Tiel, West Betuwe, West Maas en Waal, and Zaltbommel).
