Store opening hours (regulation)
What is it?
The Shop Hours Act and the West Maas en Waal Municipality Shop Hours Regulation 2013 determine the hours during which shops in our municipality are permitted to be open.
Applications for (one-time) exemption from the Shop Hours Act
What should I do?
- If your store does not fall under the exemption provided for in Article 5 of the West Maas en Waal Municipality Shop Hours Regulation 2013, you can submit an application for an exemption.
- You can apply for the exemption by completing the 'Exemption from store opening hours' form;
- The board will decide on an application for an exemption within eight weeks. You will receive written notification of the decision.
