Opening hours (Regulation)
What is it?
The Shop Hours Act and the West Maas en Waal Shop Hours Ordinance of the Municipality West Maas en Waal specify the hours during which stores in our municipality are permitted to be open.
Apply for a (one-time) exemption from the Shop Hours ActWhat to do?
- If your store is not covered by the exemption under Article 5 of the West Maas en Waal Municipality Store Hours Regulation, you may submit an application for a waiver;
- You can apply for the exemption by filling out the “Exemption for Store Hours” form;
- The executive board on a request for an exemption within eight weeks. You will then receive written notification.
