The municipality issues gift certificates to, among others, informal caregivers and people facing financial hardship. The municipality also uses the gift certificates as gifts for third parties.
These gift certificates can only be redeemed at stores and businesses in our municipality.
Recipients of the gift certificates receive a booklet listing all participating businesses. Participation is free of charge for participating businesses.

Claiming redeemed gift certificates
The entrepreneur can bundle the redeemed vouchers and send them, along with the invoice or receipt(s), to the municipality of West Maas en Waal. Subsequently, the entrepreneur receives the amount of the invoice or receipt, up to the maximum value of the voucher, from the municipality.
