New chocolate logo boosts promotion of Land van Maas en Waal

A new chocolate logo has been created to promote the Land van Maas en Waal. Alderman van den Boom-Witzel presented this new regional product to the attending officials and guests at the “Burgundian Fruit Walk” (part of Dijkensport). “I am proud of this beautiful and delicious product from the local chocolate shop Tweeling. This, too, contributes to the promotion of our beautiful Land van Maas en Waal,” said the Alderman.
Unique and tasteful
The new chocolate logo was carefully developed to promote the Land van Maas en Waal in a unique and tasteful way. Marijke Hendriks and Jolanda Theunissen from Chocolaterie Tweeling in Beneden-Leeuwen created this product in close collaboration with the Municipality of West Maas en Waal. The Bureau Toerisme Foundation coordinates the regional marketing. This initiative builds on previous successes, such as the launch of a chocolate bar in the shape of the mega letters #LandvanMaasenWaal in collaboration with chocolatier BonBoDa and the Municipality of Druten.
Regional Marketing for the Land van Maas en Waal
"As part of the regional marketing for the Land van Maas en Waal, various products have already been developed that contribute to the region's recognition," says Caroline Scholtens of Bureau Toerisme. "It's great to see that more and more entrepreneurs are embracing regional marketing and contributing to it." Regional Marketing Land van Maas en Waal is an initiative of the municipalities of Druten and West Maas en Waal.
The chocolate logo will be available for purchase starting Saturday, August 31, at Tweeling Chocolates on Zandstraat in Beneden-Leeuwen.
