Report an issue in your neighbourhood
When should you report an issue?
Is there a loose sidewalk tile, has a tree fallen over, is a streetlight out, or do you want to report something else about the area where you live or work? This also includes noise pollution or litter. Please let us know. The easiest way is by using the BuitenBeter app.
You can download the 'BuitenBeter' app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Select 'West Maas en Waal' as your municipality, and you can report issues.

You can also report your issue using the form on our website. At the top right, you will find the "New Report" button.
You can also first check the map to see if a similar issue has already been reported.
