The Meandering Meuse

The project will be carried out from 2025 through 2030

The Meandering Meuse Project is reinforcing the levee from Ravenstein to Lith. It gives the Meuse more space on both the Gelderland and Brabant sides, making the area more attractive and economically stronger. A number of measures are also being implemented on the Gelderland side.
Ten organizations are working together with residents, business owners, and stakeholders on the future of the distinctive area around the Meuse, while preserving its existing qualities.
