Discharge of wastewater from private households, notification
What is it?
If you wish to discharge domestic wastewater from your living space into ground or surface water, you must report this to us. This also applies if you do so from a houseboat or vacation home.
What should I do?
You can submit your notification online via the Omgevingsloket (OLO).
You should report the following situations:
- There is no municipal sewer system within 40 meters of your property.
- You use a treatment plant (septic tank) for discharge.
