With the incentive scheme for learning and development in SMEs, the government wants to make learning and development the norm in SMEs too. Training and development are very important for keeping people employable in the labor market. Between March 2 and 21, €15 million will be available for you as an entrepreneur to, for example, set up a company school, obtain career advice for your employees, or keep your employees' skills up to date.
