Work-study program, earning a basic qualification
What is it?
Are you under 27 and don’t have a diploma or basic qualification? If so, you can still earn a basic qualification through a work-study program. The municipality offers you additional support to help you achieve this.
How does it work?
If you belong to one of the following target groups, you may be eligible for support through a work-study program:
- you are 16 or 17 years old and of school age; or
- you are between the ages of 18 and 27 and have not yet obtained a basic qualification.
You are only eligible for support for a work-study program if:
- The municipality believes that a work-study program is necessary and
- support is needed to participate in a work-study program.
You will be reimbursed for the costs of guidance during or leading up to a work-study program.
