Public response
How does it work?
You must submit your response to the municipality.
You can submit a response on behalf of someone else. In that case, you will need authorization from that person.
What should I do?
You can submit your response in writing or verbally. Verbal responses are only possible if this is stated in the publication.
Are you submitting it in writing? Include the following in your opinion:
- your name and address
- the preliminary draft plan with which you disagree
- why you disagree with the preliminary draft
- the date on which you write the public consultation response
- your signature
- possibly a written authorization with signature
Would you like to submit your response verbally? If so, please make an appointment with the municipality. The municipality will draw up a report of your verbal opinion. You will then sign this report.
