Registering refugees from Ukraine (private accommodation)
Are you assisting a refugee from Ukraine? And are they staying in the municipality of West Maas en Waal? Ensure that the refugee registers with the municipality in the 'basic registration of persons' (BRP). This will keep them on the radar and enable them to qualify for the support available to refugees.

Proof of residence
Are you covered by the Temporary Protection Directive and registered with the municipality? If so, you can make an appointment at to collect a certificate of residence from the IND. You can read what to expect at the IND collection location on the website of the Ministry of Justice and Security.
