You are staying at our municipal shelter. Do you have an income? If so, you may have to pay a user fee.

Contribute if you have an income

The municipality considers the total income per household. We refer to this as a "household unit." A threshold amount applies to each household unit. If your income exceeds that amount, you will be required to pay a personal contribution.

The name you provide on this application form must match the name in the National Population Register (BRP).

Report your income

You are required to report your own income to the municipality. Do you have a partner? If so, you must also report his or her income.

The municipality uses this information to fully understand your personal situation. Even if you have no income, you must complete the income statement.

This requirement is part of the rules governing the reception scheme for people from Ukraine (RooO).

Please report any changes

If your circumstances change—for example, your income or household composition—you must report this to the municipality immediately. You can do so at oekraine@westmaasenwaal.nl.
