Become a Royal Warrant Holder
What is it?
"Purveyor to the Royal Household" is a royal designation. You can apply for this designation through the mayor. Your company will then be permitted to use the Royal Coat of Arms and add the title "Purveyor to the Royal Household by Royal Decree."
How does it work?
Only the King can grant the title of Purveyor to the Royal Household. You may be awarded this title on the occasion of a special anniversary of your company (100th, 125th, 150th, and so on). Sometimes it is also awarded in connection with a very special event within the company. You may use the title of Purveyor to the Royal Household for a maximum of 25 years. After that, you may apply for an extension.

What should I do?
- Submit an application to the mayor of the municipality.
- Do this in the municipality where your business is located.
- Please explain clearly why your company deserves the designation of "Purveyor to the Royal Household."
- Please submit your application at least nine months in advance.
You will be notified automatically if you are awarded the title of Purveyor to the Royal Household. In most cases, the corresponding certificate will be presented to you by the King’s Commissioner or the mayor.
What do I need?
- proof of your company's date of incorporation
- Overview of the past five years
- description of financial projections for the coming years
