How will you heat your home in the future? The Netherlands is transitioning from natural gas to sustainable energy. Municipalities are making plans for this transition. In the Netherlands, we are working towards a future without natural gas. We are switching to sustainable and clean energy to heat our homes, heat tap water, and cook. We are doing this so that we are less dependent on other countries for our energy. And to combat global warming. All countries in Europe have agreed on this and laid it down in law.
To this end, each municipality draws up a so-called heating program. In this program, we set out how we will gradually transition to sustainable ways of heating our homes in the coming years.
We would love to hear what is important to you.
That is why we are asking you a number of questions. Your answers will help us to make a plan. We want to ensure that the implementation meets the wishes and expectations of residents as closely as possible.
