Sound equipment for hospitality businesses
What is it?
If you use sound equipment in your hospitality business, you must report this to the municipality. To prevent noise pollution, the municipality may make additional agreements with you in this regard.
What should I do?
- You can submit your report via the Omgevingsloket(Environment Desk). If you are unable to submit your report online, you can print it out and send it to the municipality by post.
- When submitting your notification, please indicate how much noise will be generated in your hospitality business. If you expect this to cause a nuisance, please enclose an acoustic report.
