Substantial subsidy fund for insulating homes in West Maas en Waal

Good news for homeowners in West Maas en Waal who want to insulate their homes. As of today, a subsidy is available. With this subsidy scheme, West Maas en Waal is taking a big step forward in promoting sustainable living. The subsidy is for residents with a home that has an energy label D or lower. If a home has an energy label C or no valid energy label, residents are also eligible for a subsidy if they have 2 uninsulated or poorly insulated components in their home.
Twice as nice

Alderman van den Boom-Witzel is very pleased with this subsidy program: “This way, you can get a significant portion of the costs reimbursed when you insulate your home, up to a maximum of €1,925. And that’s great, because these are substantial investments. Of course, you’ll also see the difference in your heating bills. So it’s a win-win.” Marieke van den Boom continues: “What I like is that this subsidy is also available to DIYers. They can even get a higher percentage of their expenses reimbursed. So, handy DIYers: apply for it!”
You'll never regret insulating
“If you want to make your home more sustainable, insulation is the best first step. Because what you don’t use, you don’t have to pay for,” says Marieke van den Boom. “You’ll never regret it, no matter what happens in the future.” Insulation measures immediately result in lower energy bills.
