Exhibition by Berty Lamers on display in the town hall
From April 1 through the end of June, Berty Lamers will be exhibiting her work in the town hall of Beneden-Leeuwen.

About Berty Lamers
Berty Lamers is 78 years old and lives in Beneden-Leeuwen. She started painting about 40 years ago. She took lessons from Pieter van Oostveen. In small groups, they learned from each other and from Pieter.
Later, Berty decided to paint with a few other women. They took turns meeting at each other's homes. They did this every five weeks. Over the years, the group became smaller. Now Berty still paints with one friend every week.

Realistic paintings with oil paint
Berty prefers to paint realistically and with oil paint. She has tried other techniques, but oil paint remains her favorite.
In this exhibition, you can see her older works and her development as an artist over the years.
