On Monday, November 10, the municipality of West Maas en Waal will honor all informal caregivers.

For informal carers in West Maas en Waal: mark your calendars!

On Monday, November 10, we’re putting all informal caregivers in the spotlight. So yes, that includes you! You, who are always there for others, with endless love and care, but often take little time for yourself. This day is especially dedicated to thanking you and giving you a chance to fully recharge.

We look forward to welcoming you between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM at MFA De Rosmolen in Beneden-Leeuwen. We’ll start at 12:30 PM with a group lunch, after which you can choose to join a workshop or simply relax and do nothing from 2:00 PM onward. Almost anything goes—nothing is mandatory!

Program

  • Enjoying each other's company & relaxing and doing nothing
  • Dealing with Loved Ones Who Have Mental Health Issues
  • Dealing with stress
  • Yoga
