What is it?
If you want to collect money or items for a good cause, you do not need a permit. A notification is sufficient.
How does it work?
The municipality does not want too many collections to take place at the same time.
You can view the national collection schedule at the Central Bureau for Fundraising (CBF) at . Check the collection schedule in advance and only then decide on the date for your collection or fundraiser.

Collecting also includes:
- member and donor recruitment and
- lottery ticket sales by charitable lotteries
What should I do?
You must notify the municipality of this at least two weeks in advance.
