What does a client support specialist do for you?

He or she will provide you with information, support, and advice on various topics related to daily life. You can request a client support worker before the kitchen table meeting takes place. He or she can explain to you in person how the kitchen table meeting works. The goal is:

You never have to pay for client support. Choose the client support option that best suits your needs.

Tip

When you receive the invitation letter for the kitchen table meeting, the meeting is often scheduled at short notice. It may be difficult to find a client support worker on such short notice. Therefore, contact a client support worker before you request a kitchen table meeting.
