In the list of decisions dated February 3, 2026, the decision regarding the council proposal “Appointment of a Data Protection Officer and Deputy,” D.347665, was erroneously classified as “adopted with amendments.” This is corrected to “adopted without amendments.” The list of decisions dated February 3 is hereby adopted with this correction.

Proposal to Put the Species Management Plan (SMP) Out to Bid - Z.129098

  1. To jointly tender the SMP process with the municipalities of West Maas en Waal, West Betuwe, Tiel, Maasdriel, and Zaltbommel.
  2. To authorize the Municipality of West Betuwe to serve as the lead agency.
  3. The tender process costs of approximately 20,000 euros are to be divided among the participating municipalities.
  4. To fully fund the one-time costs associated with the study and the preparation of an SMP through grants from the Rijksoverheid to examine the financing of the ongoing costs.
  5. To determine whether we can assign the implementation and management tasks to the ODR.
  6. To inform the board about the current status of NVI/SMP.
