- To declare the objections unfounded;
- To supplement the contested decision dated September 24, 2025, with the following grounds for denial/reasoning:
- reference to the 2019 Parking Policy and the “Access Point Assessment Framework”;
- additional justification regarding the traffic safety hazard created by the construction of a single exit;
- damage to public green spaces as referred to in Article 2:12(2)(d) of the APV;
- in conflict with the Environmental Plan of the municipality of West Maas en Waal / Zoning Plan for Industrial Estates, article 9: land designated as 'Green'.
- The contested decision dated September 24, 2025, is hereby upheld in all other respects.
