- To proceed with the replacement of analog archive documents received or created by the Rivierenland Environmental Agency in the performance of its mandated tasks with digital reproductions, and which, on the basis of the 2012 selection list for municipalities and intermunicipal bodies, 2017, and 2020 are eligible for preservation or destruction, after which these analog archive documents will be destroyed. This decision relates to archive documents from 2013 to 2024.
- Reproduction shall be carried out in the manner described in the established Manual for the Replacement of Analog Archive Documents, Rivierenland Environmental Service 2022.

Explanatory notes to the decision
The council has decided to hold off on this proposal in order to further investigate whether framework conditions can be imposed on third parties carrying out infrastructure work during a heatwave plan. In addition, the council wants to discuss with the MFAs what role they can play in providing shelter for (vulnerable) residents during a heatwave plan.
