Explanation of the decision

The City Council has decided to table this proposal in order to further investigate whether framework conditions can be established for third parties carrying out infrastructure work during a heat wave plan. In addition, the City Council intends to consult with the MFA’s regarding the role they can play in providing potential shelter for (vulnerable) residents during a heat wave plan.
