What is it?

Sometimes people are bothered by animals in their area. Are you experiencing nuisance or damage caused by a protected animal? You are not allowed to chase away, capture, or kill protected animals. You are also not allowed to disturb or damage their habitats, such as nests or burrows. Examples of protected animals that cause nuisance or damage include bats and stone martens.
