Draft TAM Environmental Plan
On December 9, 2025, the Executive Board of the municipality of West Maas en Waal decided to approve the draft TAM Environmental Plan 'Chapter 22j Boven-Leeuwen, Bernhardstraat 8 and 28 and Kampsestraat unnumbered' and to initiate the procedure by making the plan available for inspection.
Purpose and Location
The plan revises the zoning regulations for the parcels cadastral known as municipality West Maas en Waal, section N, numbers 236 and 251 (Bernhardstraat 8), section N, number 231 (Bernhardstraat 28), and section N, numbers 1,650 and 1,651 (Kampsestraat unnumbered). All are located in Boven-Leeuwen. Currently, agricultural activity is permitted on the land. The plan provides for the realization of 7 homes.
