Design TAM Environmental Plan
On December 9, 2025, the Municipal Executive of West Maas en Waal decided to approve the draft TAM Environmental Plan "Chapter 22j Boven-Leeuwen, Bernhardstraat 8 and 28 and Kampsestraat unnumbered" and to initiate the procedure by making the plan available for public inspection.
Purpose and location
The plan revises the zoning regime for the plots known in the land registry as municipality of West Maas en Waal, section N, numbers 236 and 251 (Bernhardstraat 8), section N, number 231 (Bernhardstraat 28) and section N, numbers 1,650 and 1,651 (Kampsestraat unnumbered). All located in Boven-Leeuwen. Agricultural activity is currently permitted on the land. The plan provides for the construction of seven homes.
