What does this environmental plan cover?

This zoning plan provides for the removal of the agricultural use designation for the property located at Hogeweg 2 in Wamel, converting it to residential use. The farm buildings will be demolished, the existing residence will be renovated, and a new 300-square-meter outbuilding will be constructed.
