Report undesirable rental behavior

What do you need for the application?

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address. You can also submit a report anonymously. 
• Details of the landlord or rental agent you are reporting
• The address of the report
• Description of the situation, including photos and attachments if possible

What happens to your report

You will receive a message regarding your report. We will assess your report as quickly as possible. You will not receive any feedback on anonymous reports.
If, after your report, it appears that the rental of the property does not comply with the rules, we can oblige the landlord to rent out the property in accordance with the rules. Alternatively, we can impose a fine on the landlord. If the situation is not very urgent, we will check the report at a later date.
