File an objection (print)

You disagree with a decision made by the municipality. You can use this form to lodge an objection within six weeks. This period begins on the day after the date on which the decision was sent to the applicant. The municipality will decide on your objection within 12 weeks. The municipality may extend this period by six weeks.

Lodging an objection on behalf of someone else

• On behalf of another person: include a statement indicating who you are authorizing and for what purpose.
• On behalf of a group: include a list of names, addresses, and signatures of all persons raising the objection.
• On behalf of another organization: enter the Chamber of Commerce number and attach the extract from the commercial register.
